METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING REFERENCE SIGNAL IN OPEN-LOOP MIMO SYSTEM

Disclosed are a method and a system for processing a reference signal in an open-loop MIMO system. In a common subframe, by adopting the CDM and/or TDM and/or FDM technologies, different groups of open-loop DMRSs are multiplexed on one or more OFDM symbols among the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth OFDM symbols of even-numbered timeslots and the zeroth, first, second, fourth, fifth, and sixth OFDM symbols of odd-numbered timeslots of one subframe. The same weighted value or different weighted values are used for corresponding weighting processing on the different groups of open-loop DMRSs. In the method for processing a reference signal in an open-loop MIMO system according to the present invention, an open-loop pilot design is made based on the DMRS, so that pre-coded weighted values on the network side or beamforming weighted values are not limited by a code book, thereby enhancing the precision of the pre-coded weighted values or the beamforming weighted values, and improving the performance of a UE in an open-loop mode as much as possible without increasing the complexity of UE implementation and the complexity of tests as well as resource consumption.
