PURPOSE: A twist run is provided, which enables a user to do waist exercise through the twisting and leg exercise through the jumping to the top and bottom at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A twist run comprises: a first plate(10), a second plate(20), and a reconstitution element(30); a first connector(41) in which one end is connected to the rotation axis of the first plate by the reconstitution element; a second connector(42) in which one end is connected to the second plate by the reconstitution element; and a third connector(43) in which one end is connected to the first plate and which is connected to the other end of the first connector and waist of the second connector. |
