METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ACQUIRING BLOCK INDEX INFORMATION IN DECODING PROCEDURE

Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for acquiring block index information in a decoding procedure. The method in the technical solution comprises: acquiring first index information of an adjacent block of a current block in an encoding unit where the adjacent block is located; acquiring a division manner of the coding unit and a coordinate of an upper left pixel of the adjacent block according to the first index information; and when the division manner is non-block division, acquiring second index information of the non-block according to the coordinate of the upper left pixel of the adjacent block obtained based on the first index information and a division direction of the adjacent block. Through implementation of the technical solution of the present invention, block index information in the non-block division manner can be acquired correctly, and the encoding/decoding precision is further improved when the block index information is used in an encoding or decoding procedure.
