摘要

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a calcium phosphate / collagen fiber complex with excellent mechanical properties and which is capable of inducing bone replacement by early bone remodeling and is capable of use at sites subject to heavy loads. This is achieved by a porous complex which, containing calcium phosphate crystals and collagen fibers in a weight ratio of 80:20-20:80, is characterized by having (1) a bioabsorbability gradient and (2) a density of 300-1500mg/cm3 measured by gravimetric analysis.
