PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing an organic light emitting display device and a method for manufacturing the organic light emitting display device are provided to easily align a transfer film and flexible substrates using a laser induced thermal imaging method. CONSTITUTION: A flexible substrate is composed of a light emitting layer forming object. A transfer layer is transferred on the flexible substrate and forms the light emitting layer. A roll drum unit(100) absorbs and fixes the transfer film to be overlapped. A laser irradiating unit(200) irradiates laser to the transfer film.
