PURPOSE: An x-ray examination apparatus and an x-ray examination method are provided to effectively perform the x-ray examination of a metal tube with a small diameter. CONSTITUTION: An x-ray examination apparatus comprises an external roller unit(910), an internal roller unit(920), an x-ray radiation unit(930), and an x-ray detection unit(940). The external roller unit transfers a metal tube from a loading area to an examination area using one or more external rollers. The internal roller unit vertically transfers the metal tube using one or more internal rollers in the examination area. The x-ray radiation unit radiates x-rays to the examination area. The x-ray detection unit detects the radiated x-rays. |
