PURPOSE: A temperature sensor and a manufacturing and installing method thereof are provided to bend or twist a metal pipe with hands, thereby easily installing a temperature sensor in a part hard to process or in a narrow space. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensor comprises a metal pipe(11) of a wire shape, a thermistor(120), a first electric wire(131), and second electric wires(132a,132b). The thermistor is installed in an inner side of a front end of the metal pipe. The first and second electric wires are connected to the thermistor. The first and second electric wires are connected to a connection terminal of an external connector of the metal pipe. The first electric wire is inserted into the inside of the metal pipe from the connection terminal of the connector, thereby being connected to the thermistor. The second electric wire is connected to the metal without being inserted into the inside of the metal pipe, thereby using the metal pipe as an electrical conductor. |
