The process comprises performing fiber laser welding on peripheral edges of a metal element, where the laser beam is moved along the peripheral edges to form a weld bead by fusion of materials of the metal element and the part, and reducing a power of the laser during the passage of laser beam on ends of the weld bead. A parameter of the laser for welding includes a power of 100-400 W or 200-500 W, a moving speed (20-40 or 25-45 mm/second) of the laser beam, and a focusing parameter of 1.5-4 or 1-3 mm. The weld bead forms a closed-loop and ends of the weld bead.
