PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable desired operation on a touch panel without wrong operation.

SOLUTION: A touch panel operation unit 401 is disposed so as to be overlapped on a display unit 400 and receives touch operation corresponding to display content. A rotation detection unit 310 detects rotation on the same surface as a display surface of the display unit 400. A determination unit 201 determines whether or not the display unit 400 displays an operation request screen 404 for requesting touch operation by the touch panel operation unit 401 when the rotation detection unit 310 detects the rotation of the display unit 400. A display direction change control unit 211 performs processing for changing the display direction of the display content displayed on the display unit 400 in accordance with a rotation angle of the rotation of the display unit 400 detected by the rotation detection unit 310 after touch operation on the operation request screen 404 by the touch panel operation unit 401 when the determination unit 201 determines that the operation request screen 404 is displayed.
