<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detection system of a thermocouple and a method for the same which excellently detect abnormality of the thermocouple. <P>SOLUTION: The abnormality detection system of a thermocouple includes: a plurality of thermocouples 21 to 23 having a plurality of thermocouple elements 21a to 23a, 21b to 23b stored in sheaths 31 to 33; transmission signal conversion means 41a to 43a, 41b to 43b for converting thermoelectromotive force generated by the thermocouple elements 21a to 23a into transmission signals and outputting them; and transmission means 51a to 53a, 51b to 53b for transmitting transmission signals outputted by the transmission signal conversion means 41a to 43a, 41b to 43b. An abnormality detection circuit 60 compares the transmission signals obtained from the plurality of thermocouple elements 21a to 23a, 21b to 23b the respective thermocouples 21 to 23 have among the transmitted transmission signals and detects abnormality of the respective thermocouple elements 21 to 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
