<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ISO-FIX type child seat configured to allow a child seat to be attached to/detached from a vehicle without removing a seating surface portion on which a child sits, to prevent the child seat from being detached from the vehicle due to operation error, and to allow lock sections to be reliably engaged with the attachment receiving sections of the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: An expansion position of a lock arm has an expansion control range including a use range of the child seat attached to the vehicle and an attachment-detachment control range where the lock arm in extended beyond the expansion control range. A means for releasing the attached child seat is implemented by a plurality of operation means. The child seat includes a contraction lock mechanism that operates along with disengagement of the lock part from the attachment receiving part. The contraction lock mechanism prohibits the lock arm from moving to the expansion control range during operation, and releases the contraction lock mechanism by engagement of the lock part with the attachment receiving part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
