<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain appropriate image density by making gradation smooth in carrying out multiple exposure. <P>SOLUTION: This exposure control device includes a light source 105 having a plurality of light emitting elements, and scans a photoconductor drum 11 with optical beams outputted from the light emitting elements to carry out multiple exposure. A laser driving part 104 drives the light emitting elements to output optical beams. A control unit 80 controls the laser driving part when scanning the photoconductor drum to change the light quantity of the optical beams on at least one of the light emitting elements while setting the light quantity of optical beams to a predetermined light quantity on the remaining light emitting element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
