COMMUNICATION DEVICE AND COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device and a communication method allowing communication with a high security level while reducing a processing load, when communicating through a plurality of networks having different security levels.

SOLUTION: The communication device includes: first transmission/reception means for communicating through a first network having a high security level; second transmission/reception means for communicating through a second network having a security level lower than the first network; distribution means for distributing a transmission data packet to the first network or the second network; and coding means for outputting the transmission data packet distributed to the first network by the distribution means to the first transmission/reception means and for network-coding the transmission data packet distributed to the second network using the transmission data packet distributed to the first network as a key packet to output it to the second transmission/reception means.
