<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost and compact dirt removal device that eliminate troublesome work. <P>SOLUTION: This dirt removal device 30 disposed in a conveyance path of a lifting mechanism 20 conveying a game ball B, and removing dirt adhering to the game ball B includes: a dirt removal part 34 including a pair of projections 34b, 34c extending in a conveyance direction of the game ball B while each changing a width in a range shorter than the diameter of the game ball B; and a rotation adding part 35 sending the game ball B to the downstream side of the dirt removal part 34 while bringing the game ball B into contact with the pair of projections 34b, 34c and slip-rotating the game ball B. The rotation adding part 35 comprises: a rotor 36; a plurality of rotation pressure parts 37 rotatably installed on an outer circumferential part of the rotor 36; a motor 26 rotating the rotor 36; and a reverse means rotating the rotation pressure parts 47 in the direction opposite the rotation direction of the rotor 36. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
