PURPOSE: A gravity generator using potential energy generated by artificially changing the potential energy of an object is provided to use the change of the potential energy to generate electrical power by the successive falls of the energy of an object on a high position. CONSTITUTION: An object is moved into a top storing box(3). The potential energy is generated by the fall of the object. The step of a mechanism uses a chain(6), a gear and fluid to change the falling gravity energy into rotational energy. Fluid is contained inside a cylinder(100). The step of a gear box increases or controls the rotational energy. The step of a generator generates electrical power by the energy-increasing and controlling device(11). The electricity generated in the generator(12) is charged in a battery and transferred.
