PURPOSE: A health condition determination device using the property of a skin, a determining method thereof, a health classification function generating device, and a generating method thereof are provided to generate a highly accurate health classification function by using personal information, constitution information, and skin property. CONSTITUTION: A skin property(200) comprises an average friction coefficient(201) of skin, a friction slope(202), an elasticity coefficient(203), and a damping coefficient(204). Personal information(210) includes the information of a user. Constitution information(220) includes one selected from a tae-eum physiological type(221), a so-eum physiological type(222), a so-yang physiological type(223), and a tae-yang physiological type(224). A dry state determination device(230) comprises an input part(231), a processing part(232), and a determining part(233). The processing part calls a health classification function corresponding to the inputted constitution information. The determining part determines the health condition of the user using the health classification function called by the processing part.
