PURPOSE: A kit and a method for detecting pathogens are provided to quickly and sensitively detect pathogens and to be used in various industrial fields. CONSTITUTION: A kit for detecting pathogens contains immuno liposome and an antibody-coated strip. The pathogen is Salmonella. The immuno liposome is prepared by covalent bond of a liposome and an antibody. The antibody-coated strip is prepared by coating a nitrocellulose membrane with an antibody to pathogens. A method for diagnosing pathogens comprises the following steps: a step of preparing activated liposome; a step of binding the antibody with the activated liposome by covalent bond; a step of coating the nitrocellulose membrane with the antibody to pathogens and preparing an antibody-coated strip; and a step of mixing a test sample with the immuno liposome.
