PURPOSE: A sealing device of a controlling part for a steam convection oven is provided to obtain a constant airtightness while a protruded seal is compressed according to edge by combining a deco panel and a touch plate. CONSTITUTION: A sealing device of a controlling part for a steam convection oven comprises a controlling part(30). The controlling part comprises a deco panel(40), a tube shape seal(50), a touch plate(60), and a touch plate case(61). The deco panel is coupled with an installation hole which is formed to the one front end of the steam convection oven. A seal fixing groove(43) is molded according to the inner circumference of an assembly hole(41) which is formed in center of a body. The seal is inserted in the seal fixing groove of the deco panel. The touch plate is adhered to the other side of the assembly hole of the deco panel including the seal fixing groove. The touch plate case surrounds the other side of the touch plate and deliveries an electric signal to the controlling part by sensing a touch signal. A body of the touch plate case is connected to the deco panel.
