BUMPER BACK BEAM FOR VEHICLE USING HOT PRESS FORMING BEAM

PURPOSE: A bumper back beam for a vehicle using a hot press forming beam is provided to improve collision rigidity by equipping an additional reinforcing plate in each section. CONSTITUTION: A bumper back beam(100) for a vehicle using a hot press forming beam comprises a main beam(110), a reinforcing plate(120), and a crash box(130). The main beam forms the frame of the bumper back beam by vertically separating a pair of hot press forming beams which has a hollow shape. The reinforcing plate vertically connects a pair of hot press forming beam in the front side of the main beam. The crash box is connected to the front end module of the vehicle from both ends of the main beam and compressively deforms in the longitudinal direction by absorbing impact force which is delivered from the bumper back beam in a vehicle crush.
