PURPOSE: A vaccine composition for preventing Korean porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus is provided to prevent miscarriage, stillbirth, and premature birth due to viral infection. CONSTITUTION: A vaccine composition for preventing Korean porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRSV) is derived from Korean PRRSV(deposit number KCTC 11954BP) and contains an active ingredient by attenuating or killing the Korean PRRSV. The Korean PRRSV contains ORF5(open reading frame) of sequence number 1 and ORF7 of sequence number 2. The attenuated or killed virus is Korean PRRSV(deposit number KCTC 11955BP). |
