PURPOSE: A manually closable damper is provided to manually control airflow or hydrostatic pressure inside a duct. CONSTITUTION: A manually closable damper comprises a damper main body(100), a plurality of blades(111,112,113), a plurality of rotation shafts(121,122,123), and a plurality of lever units(131,132,133) for manual operation. An air passage is formed through the damper main body. The damper main body is connected to a duct. The blade opens and closes the inside of the damper main body. The rotation shafts are connected respectively to the blades and form a rotational axis of the blades, and one end is exposed to the outside of the damper main body. The lever units are connected respectively to the rotation shafts at the outside of the damper main frame and manually control the rotation shafts.
