PURPOSE: A twist stepper of a rotational plate type capable of the waist exercise is provided to reinforce the leg muscular strength and the waistless muscular strength and to show the excellent exercise effect due to complex exercise configures. CONSTITUTION: A twist stepper of a rotational plate type capable of the waist exercise includes: a bottom frame(100) formed in an X-shape; a foot stand which is formed into the disc shape in order to be rotatable; an elastic member(300); an unlock member(400) which is equipped to facilitate the replacement of the elastic member because the contraction and relaxation of the elastic member can be repetitively performed by the walking exercise and is formed on the upper part from the lower surface of the bottom frame; and a center guide member(500) which can keep the horizontal balance of the foot stand when the user stands on it by slide-combining with the horizontal guide arm of the foot stand and is projected upwardly from the center of upper surface of the bottom frame. |
