PURPOSE: An expansion measuring system and a method of an airbag are provided to accurately measure elements of an airbag and to make factory automation. CONSTITUTION: An expansion measuring system comprises multiple markers(100), multiple cameras(200) and a controller. Multiple markers are attached to the inside or outside of an airbag(10a). Multiple cameras expand the airbag and trace the location of markers while the airbag is being deforming. Multiple cameras take a photograph of the successive image of the markers. Multiple cameras are respectively installed in the different location and take a photograph of the airbag in the different direction. The controller analyzes the images from the cameras. The controller embodies continuous 3D-image of the airbag while inflating. |
