PURPOSE: An opening and closing device and a teller machine are provided to simplify a configuration by implementing opening and closing operation and unlocking operation of a shutter with a single driving source. CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing device(20) consists of a shutter(21), a locking unit(22), a driving source, a first transfer unit and a second transfer unit. The shutter opens and closes a specific space. The locking unit locks the shutter. The driving source drives the shutter and the locking unit. The first transfer unit includes a first gear(23) and a shutter gear(25) and transfers power of the driving source to the shutter. The second transfer unit includes a second gear(24), a cam(26) and a cam gear(27) and transfers power of the driving source to the locking unit. |
