PURPOSE: An integrated ventilation and heating/cooling system, and a ventilation and heating/cooling method using the same are provided to integrate a ventilation facility and a heating/cooling facility by a flow path assembly, and to implement heating/cooling using a blowing fan installed on a total heat exchanger, thereby improving space utilization and reducing installation costs. CONSTITUTION: An integrated ventilation and heating/cooling system includes a total heat exchanger(100), a heat pump(200), and a flow path assembly(300). The total heat exchanger implements heat exchange between indoor air and outdoor air. The heat pump implements heating or cooling for the indoor air. The flow path assembly selectively connects the total heat exchanger and the heat pump, and controls the movement of the indoor air and the outdoor air. The total heat exchanger and the heat pump between which the flow path assembly is intervened are integrated. The flow path assembly has a bypass which selectively opens or closes flow paths in order to change connecting paths between the total heat exchanger and the heat pump, so that a function for controlling the temperature of the indoor air or ventilating, and a function for controlling the temperature of the indoor air are selectively implemented.
