PURPOSE: A catalyst for fuel cell has an active metal for large quantity of electrode catalysis, excellent electrical conductivity, high corrosion resistance, improved durability and a low diffusion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst for fuel cell includes a magneli phase titanium oxide support body in which over 15 wt % the active metal for electrode catalysis is soaked. Moreover, the catalyst manufacturing method for the fuel cell includes a step that produces a mixed liquid mixing the active metal precursor for electrode catalysis, a magneli phase titanium oxide and a dehydrated ion water; and a step that produces magneli phase titanium oxide in which an active metal for electrode catalysis is soaked by inserting and agitating the reduced solution in which a reducing agent in borohydride system is dissolved. |
