PURPOSE: A device and method for controlling cooling pump of a fuel cell vehicle in an emergency are provided to obtain vehicle driving safety by connecting a cooling pump for an electric apparatus and a cooling pump for a stack. CONSTITUTION: A device and method for controlling a cooling pump of a fuel cell vehicle is formed by connecting a first and second on/off connecting valve(30,32) to form the cooling water circulation line(28) of an electronic apparatus cooling system and the cooling water circulation line(14) of a stack cooling system into a single loop cooling circulation line. The first on/off connecting valve is installed in a first communication line(34) which is connected between the inlet of a cooling pump for a stack and the inlet of a cooling pump for an electronic apparatus. |
