A liquid crystal display device is provided to control a viewing angle in vertical and horizontal directions without changing a driver for red, green, and blue pixels and without forming a specific liquid crystal panel by forming a driver for viewing angle control oppositely to a driver for red, green, and blue pixels. A liquid crystal display device has a display picture formed of a group of red, green, and blue pixels controlled in alignment to incline liquid crystal molecules by an FFS(Fringe Field Switching) method. A viewing angle control pixel is controlled in alignment to incline liquid crystal molecules in a vertical direction or a horizontal direction. A driver for viewing angle control is formed at an end opposite to an end of a liquid crystal panel having a driver for red, green, and blue pixels to apply a control signal to each red, green, and blue pixel. |
