PURPOSE: A mobile information providing apparatus is provided to output the threshold of vibration intensity to assist the movement of the blind. CONSTITUTION: A mobile information providing apparatus comprises a position information receiver(110), a controller(120), a vibration generator(130), and a power supply unit(140). The position information receiver comprises a GPS receiver and a sensor detection module which forms ubiquitous sensor network and receives the information of various sensors. The controller extracts motion information according to the real position information. In the vibration generator, a plurality of vibration modules is arranged at a constant interval. The power supply unit comprises a charger and dry cell.
