PURPOSE: Conductive paste is provided to implement a laminated ceramic electronic component solving degradation of the electrode connection of an inner electrode and an outer electrode and plating failure due to glass being swollen by forming the outer electrode using conductive amorphous metals. CONSTITUTION: Conductive paste for an outer electrode comprises a conductive metal; and a conductive amorphous metal including a(Cu, Ni)-bZr-c(Al, Sn), wherein a+b+c=100, 20<=a<=60, 20<=b<=60 and 2<=c<=25. A laminated ceramic electronic component comprises a ceramic body(10) including a dielectric layer; first and second inner electrodes which are arranged to place the dielectric layer in the interval and to face with each other in the ceramic body; and a first outer electrode(31) electrically connected to the first inner electrode, and a second outer electrode(32) electrically connected to the second inner electrode, wherein the dissolved oxygen content within the first and second outer electrodes is 100 ppm or less.
