PURPOSE: A carbon environmentally friendly compound retaining wall is provided to be constructed with an inclined wall attached to a cut-out ground surface by a pressurization unit to be stabilized, thereby preventing the collapse of a cut-out ground surface and fitting in the surroundings with a plantation unit with plants and trees to grow. CONSTITUTION: A carbon environmentally friendly compound retaining wall(A) includes an inclined wall(30), a plantation unit(40), and a pressurization unit(20). The inclined wall has reinforcing bars(10) which are set in a width and a length direction contacted to a cut-out ground surface(31) by the pressurization unit and composed by being buried and cured with concrete(32). The plantation unit is composed of an upright wall(41) consisting of a concrete and forms a plantation space(42) between the bottom surface of the inclined wall and the rear surface of the upright wall by being integrally constructed on the lower part of the inclined wall. The pressurization unit is composed for the inclined wall including the reinforcing bars to apply a constant pressure force from the outside towards the ground cut-out surface.
