<p>PURPOSE: A control method of an air-conditioner is provided to easily sense the malfunction of a temperature sensor related to a specific temperature value when the temperature value of a refrigeration cycle is out of a normal range. CONSTITUTION: A control method of an air-conditioner comprises the following steps: a step of sensing a value from a first sensor and a plurality of values from a second sensor to be compared with the value from the first sensor; a step of recognizing a value difference between the first and second sensors(S16); a step of determining whether the value difference is within a set range(S17); and a step of sensing the occurrence of an error in the first sensor if the number of cases, in which the value difference is out of the preset range, is more than or equal to a set value(S19).
