PURPOSE: A battery cover heat fusion assembling apparatus is provided to reduce a battery assembling time by replacing a thermal-conductive part in a main heat plate corresponding to the battery size. CONSTITUTION: A battery cover heat fusion assembling apparatus comprises a cover push part(10); a heat fusion apparatus head(20) separating a battery cover from a form rolling, and connecting the battery cover to the form rolling; a main thermal plate(30) having a heat conductive heater, a cover thermal conductive part formed on the upper side of the main thermal plate, and a bottom thermal conductive part formed on the lower side. The cover thermal conductive part and the bottom thermal conductive part are controllable depending on a battery size.
