PURPOSE: An operation assisting system for a disabled person to drive a vehicle is provided to apply different returning force of a spring by the angle of hands of a user. CONSTITUTION: An operation assisting system for a disabled person to drive a vehicle comprises the following: an upper fixing unit(20) formed with a pinyin slot structure including a linear groove, which is located on one side of the upper arm of a user; a lower fixing unit(30) formed with the pinyin slot structure including the linear groove, which is located on one side of the lower arm of a user; a linear spring(10) providing returning force; a first pin(60) for fixing one end of the linear spring to the upper fixing unit; and a second pine(61) fixing the other end of the linear spring to the lower fixing unit.
