PURPOSE: A suction bell mouth device is provided to increase suction or discharge strength and to reduce manufacturing cost by reducing the weight of products. CONSTITUTION: A suction bell mouth device(100) comprises a transfer pipe(110), a mouth(120), coupling parts(130), and a pressing part. The transfer pipe is coupled to a discharge pipe of a ship. The mouth is coupled to one end of the transfer pipe. A part of the mouth which is not contacted to the transfer pipe is a tubal shape and is widened outward. The coupling parts have multiple coupling holes and are symmetrically protruded from the exterior of the mouth. The pressing part is formed on the interior of the transfer pipe.
