PURPOSE: A film having a micrometal pattern and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer a film manufacturing method having an accurate micro metal pattern and excellent repeatability without a remaining material. CONSTITUTION: A master for an electric pole plating is prepared in a master preparing process(s402). Mechanical grinding and chemical grinding is implemented to the prepared master in a master front side treatment process(s404). Electric pole plating is implemented to the master using metal electrolyte in an electrodeposited metal plating process(s408) after a cleaning process(s406). An adhesive, which is having an excellent adhesion with a base plating, is evenly applied to a polymer film in an adhesive applying process(s412), after a water washing and drying process(s410). A micrometal pattern formed at the master is transferred to a film layer composed of a polymer film in a film transferring process(s414). An electrodeless plating silver transparent/opaque coating is implemented to the micrometal pattern of the film in an after-treatment process(s416).
