摘要 PURPOSE: A catalyst module element for selective catalyst reduction reaction, a manufacturing method thereof and a selective catalyst module for selective catalyst reduction reaction are provided to have an excellent nitrogen oxide degradation efficiency with high wear resistance, durability and thermal shock resistance and to minimize damage of the catalyst of a reactor caused by the impact of flue gas wherein the flue gas containing coal dust passes through the catalyst reactor and give the catalyst in the reactor shock, thereby suppressing the reduction of catalyst efficiency and life to be stably and continuous operable. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst module element for selective catalyst reduction reaction comprises a metal mesh net support with surface-processed by a primer coating or sanding with a silicon polymer of 0.1-100.0 Mm thickness; and a coating layer of 10-200 Mm in thickness coated with a catalyst coating agent composition for selective catalytic reduction reaction on a metal mesh net supporter. The catalyst coating agent composition for selective catalytic reduction reaction comprises a silicon polymer 4-10 parts by weight: silicon ceramic powder or glass fiber powder 1-5 parts by weight and selective catalytic reduction reactive catalyst powder 40-80 parts by weight. The silicone polymer is manufactured by the hydrolysis condensation reaction between alkoxy silane represented by chemical formula 1 and water dispersibility silica. The water dispersibility silica has 3-11 in pH, has 15-40μm of a particle size, and 20-80 wt% of solid content. R and R' in the chemical formula 1 are selected from the alkyl group of carbon number 1-6 and the aryl group of carbon number 6-20; wherein m is 1 and n is 3; or, m is 2 and n is 2.
