<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem: when a member for imparting frictional resistance to a fire extinguishing hose is provided in an opening of a hose accommodating section, the member must be prevented from being hindrance in accommodating the fire extinguishing hose into the hose accommodating section, and the member must be equipped with an attaching/detaching mechanism and a moving mechanism, resulting in a complicated structure. <P>SOLUTION: The fire hydrant device 1 includes a structure in which a fire extinguishing hose 4 is accommodated to curl inwards into a hose accommodating section 5 inside a casing 2 and an opening 5a for unreeling the fire extinguishing hose 4 is formed on the hose accommodating section 5.
