摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily setting an odd number of coil windings on a conductor side, the coil windings being arranged in a radial direction in each slot of a rotary electric machine comprising a coil composed of a plurality of coil parts, the coil parts being formed by winding a linear conductor. <P>SOLUTION: An armature for a rotary electric machine comprising a coil that is wound around an armature core having total K slots 22 per each pole and each phase. The coil comprises: an L winding coil part formed by winding one single piece of linear conductor L times (L represents an odd number); and an M winding coil part formed by winding the linear conductor M times (M represents an even number), each part is consecutively repeated K times alternately. Each coil part respectively has an even number of conductor side parts 33, which are divided half into a first conductor side group 41 and a second conductor side group 42. The first conductor side group 41 of one of the L winding coil parts and the second conductor side group 42 of one of the M winding coil parts are placed together so that the conductor side part 33 having (L+M) coil windings is disposed in each of all the slots 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
