PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance work support device which finds out operation contents necessary for maintenance according to utilization state for each maintenance object device and gives a priory so as to transmit it to each terminal device.

SOLUTION: The maintenance work support device includes: information acquisition means for acquiring identification information to identify a maintenance object device from plural maintenance object devices and utilization information showing utilization state of the maintenance object device from a terminal device which reads the information from each maintenance object device; a calculation part for acquiring a reference value regarding operation contents of a maintenance object device corresponding to the identification information on the basis of the acquired identification information and calculating a time when the maintenance is required on the basis of the reference value and the information showing the utilization state of the maintenance object device; priority determination means for determining a priority for an operation for which the maintenance is required in response to the calculated time when the maintenance is required; and transmission means for transmitting the determined priority and the operation for which the maintenance is required.
