PURPOSE: A keyword advertisement providing system using keyword packaging, a providing device thereof, and a providing method thereof are provided to extend an advertisement field through diversification of a keyword package in a keyword advertisement provider side, thereby creating advertisement profits. CONSTITUTION: An advertiser terminal(200) provides bidding information of a keyword advertisement. An advertisement providing device(100) sets and stores a keyword package which includes one or more related keywords. The advertisement providing device receives bidding of the keyword advertisement for the keyword package from the advertiser terminal. The advertisement providing device selects an advertiser who uses the keyword package. The advertisement providing device provides an advertisement of the advertiser corresponding to a search of a keyword included in the keyword package. A consumer terminal(300) receives the advertisement corresponding to the search of the keyword.
