PURPOSE: A drying rack and window locking device is provided to efficiently dry large laundry and disinfect the laundry in sunlight while occupying small veranda space to efficiently prevent a window from being compulsory opened from the outside. CONSTITUTION: A drying rack and window locking device comprises a right sliding window fixing unit(110), a left sliding window fixing unit(130), a connecting unit(120), and a support unit(140). The right sliding window fixing unit is fixed to a right side of a right sliding window frame(32). The left sliding window fixing unit is fixed to a left side of a left sliding window frame(22). The connecting unit is connected between the right sliding window fixing unit and the left sliding window fixing unit according to opening or closing of a right or a left sliding widow(20,30) in order to be expended. The support unit is installed at the right side of the right sliding window and supports a crossways pipe. |
