PURPOSE: An abrasion preventing method for a hydraulic actuator of a turbine valve for a power plant is provided to prevent contamination due to oxidation by fully filling control oil into the hydraulic actuator. CONSTITUTION: An abrasion preventing method for a hydraulic actuator of a turbine valve for a power plant is as follows: a step for mounting a valve cover by mounting a cylinder test port plug(100); a step for minimizing a protruded length of a piston rod(200); a step for arranging upward an inlet of a FCD(Fluid Drain to Coller) of the hydraulic actuator(300); a step for mounting a general port plug on an FAS((Fluid Actuator Supply) port) and an ETS(Fluid Emergency Trip Supply) port to seal after control oil is filled until the inlets of the FAS port and the ETS port through the FCD of the hydraulic actuator(400); and a step for mounting the general port plug on the FCD to seal if the control oil is fully charged in the hydraulic actuator(500).
