PURPOSE: A crime prevention terminal using an RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) communication and a crime prevention system using the same are provided to offer an immediate and excellent identity information reading rate by an RFID reading unit reading the identity information stored in an RFID tag of a victim when a voice higher than the predetermined frequency is detected or an emergency button is depressurized and an emergency situation is generated. When the emergency situation occurs, the system records the dangerous situation by driving a camera and a microphone, in order to facilitate understanding the cause of an accident and securing the evidence. CONSTITUTION: The prevention systems(3-1~3-N) comprise an emergency button(41) formed in a button type in order to be depressurized by victims if a crime or an accident occur, an RFID read unit(43) reading the personal information stored in the RFID tag(10-1) of the victim, a microphone(47) collecting the voice information, and a camera(45) taking a picture of the predetermined domain according to an inputted control signal and acquiring the video information. The prevention systems(3-1~3-N) collect the voice information through the microphone on a real time basis. If the collected voice frequency is higher than the predetermined frequency(TH1), the system determines as an emergency situation and sends an emergency situation occurrence signal and the predetermined terminal ID value to a management server(5). The prevention systems(3-1~3-N) drive the camera and microphone, photograph/record the accident scene and transmits to the management server on a real-time basis. The prevention systems(3-1~3-N) operate the RFID read unit, read the personal information which is stored in the RFID tag(10-1~10-N) within a sensitive area in which the RFID read part is stored in and is read, and transmits the personal information to the management server.
