PURPOSE: Powder sauce using red pepper and red pepper seeds, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer spicy and fresh taste to soup dish, and to improve the functionality of the soup dish. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of powder sauce using red pepper and red pepper seeds comprises the following steps: preparing edible wild plant powder using acanthopanax sessiliflorus, angelica gigas, and ligularia fischeri; crushing the red pepper seeds to obtain powder; crushing the red pepper to obtain powder; mixing 5-6wt% of edible wild plant powder, 45-53wt% of red pepper powder, 4-5wt% of red pepper seed powder, 3-4wt% of roasted rice powder, 1-2wt% of glutinous rice powder, 4-5wt% of perilla seed powder, 21-22wt% of beef powder, 3-4wt% of garlic powder, 1-2wt% of ginger powder, 3-4wt% of onion powder, 0.3-0.7wt% of zanthoxylum piperitum powder, 0.5-0.1wt% of black pepper powder, 1-3wt% of full-fatted soybean flour, and 1-2wt% of chitosan; and vacuum packaging the obtained powder sauce in a film pack, and storing the powder sauce in a low temperature storage chamber. |
