PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an organic light emitting display device is provided to improve light extraction efficiency by forming a wave pattern in the lower part of an organic light emitting diode. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor is formed on a substrate(100). A planarization layer(160) is formed on the front surface of the substrate including the thin film transistor. A transparent conductive material is deposited on the planarization layer. A thermal process is performed on the substrate to form a wave pattern on the upper surface of the planarization layer and the transparent conductive material. The transparent conductive material is patterned to form a first electrode(170). An organic light emitting layer(190) and a second electrode(200) are successively formed on the first electrode.
