PURPOSE: A spindle motor is provided to reduce noise and vibration by including a first or a second fixing ring for stably supporting the core. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve(22) rotatably supports a shaft(11). A base(21) supports the sleeve. A first fixing ring(61) supports and fixes an upper shaft direction end of a core(23) combined with the inner surface of the base. A second fixing ring(62) is combined with a lower end surface of the base facing to a lower side end of the core by supporting a lower shaft direction end of the core.
