<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact center system for quickly specifying an MR (Medical Representative) in charge on the basis of an inquiry from a customer in a pharmaceutical company. <P>SOLUTION: Data showing which of a medical facility, a medical worker or medicine is each MR in charge of are managed in an MRDB 13. An operator who operates an operator terminal 2 in a contact center 100 easily specifies an MR in charge only by inputting inquiry content in accordance with an inquiry from a customer, and automatically transmits electronic mail indicating that an inquiry has been made to a mail address of the MR in charge at the same time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
