<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna feeder circuit excellent in performance and manufacturing efficiency, and an antenna having the same. <P>SOLUTION: An antenna feeder circuit 10 includes: a dielectric substrate 11; phase difference feeder lines 13, 14, each formed of a conductor on the dielectric substrate, for phase difference feeding to first antennas (1, 2) and second antennas (3, 4); and a balun 12 formed of a conductor on the dielectric substrate 11 and electrically connected to the phase difference feeder lines 13, 14. The balun and the phase difference feeder lines are formed of tabular-shaped conductors on the identical dielectric substrate. This can reduce the number of components in the antenna feeder circuit. Further, a factor producing a varied characteristic of the balun can be eliminated.
