PURPOSE: A photovoltaic power generation apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the amount of transmission light using protrusions formed in an anti-reflection layer. CONSTITUTION: A protection substrate(400) is arranged on a solar cell panel. The protection substrate includes polymers. An anti-reflection layer is positioned in the upper part of the protection substrate. The anti-reflection layer includes protrusions. The protection substrate includes polycarbonate. |
